It’s always exciting when new restaurants pop up in town. It makes answering the burdensome question “Where do we eat?” easier. Let Kudoku be your answer to today’s dinner dilemma.
Classics and Twists
While they are Japanese-inspired, they do not box themselves within strictly Japanese. They offer the classics such as California Maki, Pork Tonkatsu and Chicken Teriyaki. But also incite our tastebuds by taking familiar flavors and twist it into something uniquely Kuduko such as the Salted Root Chips and Garlic Miso Hummus Dip. It took everything in me not to take all of their hummus dip home, it is that irresistibly delicious!
Share this new discovery with your barkada and celebrate your after work triumphs in a relaxed setting. Perhaps, start with an Octopus or Tuna Carpaccio. Then enjoy their light yet filling salads that is Kani or Susur Slaw. Fill up some more with their mains such as the six-hour Braised Pork Belly which reminded me of the classic Visayan dish, Humba.
