The day has finished and you’re excited to go out and meet your friends, or lover, or family. They decided to have it at a fancy place, so you feel like a peasant if you come with your work clothes. Don’t worry, you can be your own fairy godmother with a few changes. Before continuing, read my day look first so you have the idea of the ‘before’.
I find it fiercer to pair heels with pants/trousers/jeans/what-have-you rather than skirts. I mean, girls are often required to wear skirts as school uniform and some are not even allowed to wear trousers, at all. So for me, pairing heels with trousers give off that powerful, modern, independent woman vibe. These heels are rocking, too! Oof, I’m in love with embroidery (because I’m a sheeple) and I’m all ears for that trend to stay as long as it can.
I’m leaving my bulky bag and exchange it for only-the-essentials clutch. It might be of neutral color but the metallic detailing gives it an oomph. The ready to have a good time kinda oomph.
I also went for bigger hoops for earrings. It’s quite intimidating for some, including me, but we’ll have our hair down as to not draw too much attention to it. It’s a nice balance to have.
Of course, red lips scream party and prepared whatever you might be wearing. The final touch to our night look, sorted!
